Two appeals for this property:
- For the installation of two non-illuminated free-standing signs, signs accessory to existing indoor skating arena.
- For the demolition of a one-story portion, for the erection of a horizontal addition, for the erection of a vertical addition above and existing building accessed by he second floor and by exterior stairs, and for the erection of a retaining wall. This is the preliminary meeting.
