- 100 Summit St. – Residential property zoned RSD-1 – Variance requestioned for the erection of a 1-story addition and separate 2-story garage structure with carport; Refused for 14'9" rear yard setback where 30 is required, 5'4" side yard setback where 15' is required. And multiple principal buildings where only one is allowed per RSD zoning.
